This is a reflective Media lesson that introduces theorists while considering mass media communication during the pandemic. There are thought provoking activities for pupils to complete.

This lesson focuses on teaching year 9 pupils to take good photos. It is an interactive lesson and should be delivered over a double lesson (2 hours) so pupils work can be uploaded and shared and discussed, allowing time to re-do shots. Pupils may use phones but digital slr camera’s would be best.

This lesson goes through the steps to be taken to begin plans for creating an original game on scratch. The lesson will guide pupils through the required stages needed, including pre-production.

This lesson guides pupils through becoming familiar with the Scratch software before introducing pupils to assigned gaming project.

Pupils will be introduced to some basics regarding interactive media for Creative Digital Media Studies as a pre-cursor to developing their own computer game.
